Workforce Phase-Out
Especially in larger operations, where projects require continual attention and specified knowledge, it is necessary to gradually phase out Paramount’s temporary workforce to ensure an uninterrupted production flow. At the conclusion of a project, Paramount managers will perform a project-by-project assessment of each department to determine the readiness for a hand-off for personnel.

Paramount Follow Up Evaluation
After the completion of each project, Paramount performs an evaluation of the entire project in order to update your company’s plans accordingly and to recommend any adjustments to your current operations to increase efficiency and production rates. Paramount will perform a comprehensive project analysis  to offer substantive recommendations for the next time your company may be faced with a labor shortage.
