Assisted in two projects, each requiring significant advance planning to achieve desired result. Provided CDL drivers and logistic support for each, and FAA designated engineering representatives on first.
Aluminum Casting Company:
Provided personnel for aluminum casting operation during labor shortage. All personnel performed without incident and at or above established standards.

Launched a successful deployment without advance planning for 85 highly skilled welders, who worked on aluminum, stainless steel, and both hot and cold rolled steel. Project lasted 15 weeks. Operations continued throughout the project with little or no disruption.
